FORTY-SEVEN Victorians remain in hospital with COVID-19, 24 of those on a ventilator.
Victoria reported 19 more deaths and 331 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday.
Premier Daniel Andrews said the increase of cases with an unknown source was about 100.
A total of 1185 active COVID-19 cases are among healthcare workers.

Mr Andrews said this was an increase, but a smaller increase than in recent days.
He urged every Victorian to play their part in fighting COVID-19.
"We are equal to this but it only works if everyone plays their part. It only works if we all acknowledge we are in this together, and we look out for each other," he said.
"There is great frustration, there is anxiety and concern, there is a sense of fatigue, no one wants to be in these settings. But the public health experts have told us ... this is the only way we'll get these numbers down."

Contact tracing has now been completed at Catherine McAuley College.
A Catholic Education Office Sandhurst spokesperson said the Department of Health and Human Services had given clearance for the school to reopen from Wednesday.

THERE are no new COVID-19 cases at St Joseph's Primary School in Quarry Hill.
Catholic Education Office Sandhurst on Tuesday morning confirmed there were no further cases.
There are 14 coronavirus cases linked to the primary school - 11 students and three staff members.
The first case was confirmed at the school on July 29, when a staff member tested positive to the virus.
There were also no further cases at Holy Rosary Primary School in White Hills, after a student tested positive to the virus at the weekend.
There were still only two confirmed cases at Catherine McAuley College in Bendigo.
Weeroona College Bendigo reopened on Monday, after a COVID-19 case was reported at the school last week.

ANOTHER 19 people have died from COVID-19 in Victoria.
The Department of Health and Human Services on Tuesday reported another 331 new coronavirus cases were detected across the state in the past 24 hours.
Three of the cases were located in Greater Bendigo bringing the local government area's total number of coronavirus cases to 71.

There are 57 active cases of coronavirus in Bendigo.
There were another five cases recorded in the Macedon Ranges on Monday, taking its total number to 47.
There are 27 active COVID-19 cases in the Macedon Ranges.
Department data released on Monday showed 18 coronavirus cases have been linked to the Hazeldene's Chicken Farm in Bendigo.
