Company One Design Office Pty Ltd will design works to be undertaken at the school to refurbish the female toilet block and provide modern amenities for students.
State member for Bendigo West Maree Edwards was delighted to announce the news and said it was important work for the school.
"Lockwood Primary School is going from strength to strength and I'm thrilled to announce this important milestone," she said.
"I'm delighted that this funding will support Lockwood Primary to improve the amenity of school toilets and modernise this important facility."

The state government has provided $285,120 for the project.
In the past seven years, the state government has invested more than $10.9 billion in more than 1,700 school upgrades - creating more than 13,500 construction jobs - and is now ahead of schedule its commitment to open 100 new schools by 2026, with 62 new schools opening between 2019 and 2024.
