A SECOND case has been added to Mildura's tally, bringing the state's total COVID-19 cases recorded on Monday to 14.
The case is said to be a close household contact of one already listed who contracted the virus at the MCG and returned to Mildura on the weekend of July 10 and 11.
This comes as a Bendigo Health team headed to Mildura to assist with coronavirus testing on Monday.
Some of the other locally aquired cases were linked to smaller clusters throughout the state including; four were diners who went to Ms. Frankie restaurant in Melbourne, two students at Trinity Grammar and one each to AAMI Park and Young and Jackson.
Another is a social contact of the Phillip Island case as well as one linked to Bacchus Marsh Grammar who has been isolating during their infectious period.
A case has also emerged from the Euro Finals event at the Crafty Squire.
The final case is an international traveller currently in hotel quarantine.

Victoria has recorded four new cases of COVID-19 on top of the 13 cases reported this morning.
Mr Andrews said it was a "triumph of tracing" that the four people had been completely isolating before they tested positive, and it was a "trend we want to see continue".
Mr Andrews reiterated that the lockdown would "only last for as long as it needs to".
"Making sure nobody who has this virus is coming to our state," he said.
"That's for another day, that's principally our challenge, but we'll be calling on the community to play their part in that for a lengthy period of time."

VICTORIA'S five-day snap lockdown is set to be extended as COVID-19 case numbers and exposure sites grow.
Premier Daniel Andrews confirmed the state would not be ready to come out of lockdown on Tuesday night.
Central Victorian exposure site information can be found here.
He expects further details to come on Tuesday.
Mr Andrews said with cases in the community it "would not be the right thing to do".
"It would be perhaps a few days of sunshine, and then there's a very high chance we'd be back in lockdown again. That's what I'm trying to avoid," he said.
Meetings will be held to determine what rules and timelines for lifting the lockdown.
"There are more than 250 exposure sites connected to this outbreak, from Phillip Island to the Mallee. One end of the state of the other, literally, not just in Melbourne, but right across our state," Mr Andrews said.
"That is very challenging."
Mr Andrews confirmed all 13 new locally acquired cases of coronavirus were linked to the current outbreak. However, only one of those cases was isolating throughout their infectious period.
There are currently 15,800 primary close contacts who are in quarantine isolating at home or in another place.
