The $500,000 project was developed after a petition was started back in 2016.
Bendigo East MP Jacinta Allan was on hand on Wednesday morning to open the facility.
"By taking on board local feedback, we've delivered a skate park that adds a whole new dimension to local sport and recreation - not just for the local skate community, but the whole community," Ms Allan said.
"Better facilities make it easier for Victorians to get back into local sport and recreation and live active and healthy lifestyles."

Students from Weeroona College and Epsom Primary School helped come up with the volcano-themed design.
It also features a new quarter-pipe, tapered bank, manual pad and flat bank, the state government said.
