Victoria's 38th consecutive "donut day" comes as Victorians welcome changes to restrictions around masks.
Premier Daniel Andrews announced yesterday that masks will only be required when in indoor shopping centres - such as supermarkets and department stores - and on public transport or riding sharing services such as taxis and Ubers.
He stressed that Victorians should still carry a mask with them for situations where social distancing cannot be maintained.
Hospitality venues will have no cap on the number of patrons they can host from 11.59pm Sunday, within a density of one person per two square metres.
But the density quotient will not kick in until the venue has more than 25 patrons. Mr Andrews said this would cater for smaller venues.
Standing service will be allowed again, allowing people to drink at public bars.
Flights from Sydney to Bendigo also resume today with the first arrival scheduled for 11.30am.
