With scores tied, the ball fell to Daniels and he calmly nailed the shot to give Ignite the lead with 15 seconds to play. The Stars failed to score on their last possession and Ignite celebrated a gutsy win.
The former Bendigo Braves guard was just one assist shy of a triple-double, with 11 points, 11 rebounds and nine assists.
It was another polished performance by the 18-year-old, who continues to impress NBA scouts with his all-round game.
Veteran NBA reporter Jeff Goodman released his latest 2022 NBA mock draft this week and he had Daniels ranked number 24 in the draft.
Other mock drafts have the teenager as high as number 14.
The 2022 NBA Draft will be held on June 23.
