Spotlight Bendigo has confirmed a number of COVID-19 positive cases attended the store in recent weeks.
In a sign on the door of the building, staff said they had been contacted by the Department of Health and Human Services.

A case attended the store on Wednesday, October 20 between 9am and 4pm and on Monday October 25 between noon and 7pm.
"The DHHS has informed us that we have satisfied requirements to safely remain open," the sign continued.
"Our business has been deep cleaned, appropriate staff have been tested and close contacts exposed to coronavirus have been identified."
Anyone who has visited a Tier 1 exposure site during the times listed must immediately isolate, get a COVID-19 test, and quarantine for 7 days from the date of exposure if you are fully vaccinated and you aren't in the same household as someone who has COVID-19.
If you are not fully vaccinated or you live with someone who has COVID-19, quarantine for 14 days from the date of exposure.

About 81 per cent of Victorians over the age of 16 are fully vaccinated.
In the last 24 hours, 48,000 test results have been received by Victorians.
The numbers come as booster shots became available for eligible central Victorian residents who have been fully vaccinated for at least six months.
The booster dose of the Pfizer vaccine will be offered to all eligible adults, regardless of the vaccine type received for their first and second shots, Bendigo Health chairman Bob Cameron said.
"We've started providing booster shots now and people can either walk in to our Mollison Street vaccination hub or book in online," he said.
"They will need to bring proof of their first two COVID-19 vaccinations before they will be able to get the booster.
"We know booster shots are really effective in giving people that extra immunity boost so we're very keen to get people in and jabbed when they're able to do it.
"This is definitely a positive step in the right direction."
Mr Cameron said there wasn't a "huge number" of eligible in Bendigo at the moment, but he expected that number to increase over the next few months.
"We think there are about 1500 eligible people in Bendigo at the moment so we have the doses to cover them," he said.
"But we will continue to get enough doses as those numbers increase in the coming months."
