The 27-year-old woman appeared in the Bendigo Magistrates' Court on Monday where she pleaded guilty to the assault.
The court heard on December 23 last year, the woman was at The Deck Bendigo with some friends. She was dancing when she kept bumping into the 23-year-old victim.

The victim asked the woman to stop bumping her so the offender grabbed her by the hair and punched her to the face.
The woman then dragged the victim to the ground and repeatedly kicked and punched her in the face.
The victim yelled out for help, but the woman continued to assault the victim until a bystander was able to pull her away.
The court heard the victim sustained swelling, cuts, and bruises to her face and body.
A victim impact statement, which was read to the court, said the victim had been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of the attack.
The victim said she still experienced nightmares and was paranoid when out in public.
Defence lawyer Juliana Smith told the court the woman had been heavily intoxicated on the night of the offending.

Ms Smith said her client did not know the victim and her actions were "completely out of character".
The defence lawyer said the woman had no prior convictions and had expressed remorse through her guilty plea.
Ms Smith said it was within range for the woman to receive a good behaviour bond without conviction.
Magistrate Russell Kelly said the woman had been "nothing but a thug" during the "absolutely disgraceful" drunken attack.
Mr Kelly said it was lucky that the woman did not inflict even more serious injuries to the victim.
"If they were more serious, you would be going to jail," he said.
The magistrate said he would take into account the woman's guilty plea as a sign of remorse, along with her lack of criminal history.
Mr Kelly sentenced the woman to a 17-month good behaviour bond without conviction. She was also ordered to pay $2000 to the court fund.
