She was travelling at speeds between 110km/h and 120km/h in a 50km/h zone. At various times, Miller drove onto the nature strip and gravel.
She also performed burnouts on the street, causing the two tyres on the left-hand side of her car to blow out.
The 36-year-old was arrested later that day and appeared substance affected.
Miller underwent breath tests, which revealed a blood alcohol reading of 0.07. She refused an oral fluid test.
Miller also pleaded guilty to a series of thefts, assaults, break-ins, threats, and disqualified driving charges stemming from incidents over the past three years.
Magistrate Stella Stuthridge said she accepted Miller had a childhood "marred by extraordinary trauma", which led to a series of mental health and substance abuse issues.
Ms Stuthridge said she also took into account Miller had pleaded guilty to the "serious" offending at the first opportunity.
Miller was convicted and sentenced to three months in jail, with 31 days reckoned as already served.
She was also ordered to complete a 15-month community corrections order upon her release.
The order will include supervision, drug and alcohol abuse treatment, mental health support, and behaviour programs.
Miller's licence was also cancelled and she was disqualified from driving for four years.
