Almost all of the new cases are linked to the Ariele Apartments complex in Maribyrnong, Melbourne.
Mr Weimar said four of the new cases were from two separate apartments on the third floor.
Two Sydney removalists visited the complex while infectious on July 8.
The four cases include a man in his 60s and his elderly parents.
Mr Weimar said the man attended the AFL match at the MCG between Carlton and Geelong on July 12 between 4pm and 8pm.

The infected man also attended Highpoint Shopping Centre which has now been listed as an exposure site.
Authorities will be identifying a number of exposure sites throughout Wednesday afternoon.
Mr Weimar said a separate chain of transmission was in the City of Hume.
The fourth member of a family that had travelled from Sydney and started the cluster tested positive overnight Tuesday. That case was announced on Wednesday morning.
One of the seven new cases is a man in his 30s, who is connected to the family.
Authorities suspect he visited a Coles supermarket at Craigieburn, which was one of the family's exposure sites.
"We have identified ... that one of the family members did go to Coles for a short period of time," Mr Weimar said.
Craigieburn Coles has been identified as an exposure site on Saturday, July 10 between 5.30pm and 6.30pm.
Authorities are using the QR code check-ins to trace those exposed. They urged people who did not use the QR Code check-in to come forward and get tested.
Earlier
Victoria's COVID-19 commander Jeroen Weimar has confirmed seven new positive cases in the state.
The new coronavirus cases, confirmed on Wednesday morning, come from two separate chains of transmission.
Mr Weimar said the MCG was an area of concern after one of the infected people attended a Carlton-Geelong AFL game on Saturday, July 10, between 4pm and 8pm.
The state government is also exploring a number of potential exposure sites at Maribyrnong's Highpoint Shopping Centre.
"Any members of the community who have been in the Highpoint Shopping Centre on Friday, July 9 between 10am and 2pm are encouraged to come forward and get tested," Mr Weimar said.
"This is clearly a rapidly growing situation and we are very keen to make sure we get a firm grip on this."
Earlier, the Health Department confirmed Victoria recorded two new coronavirus cases on Tuesday. These included one case in the community and one in hotel quarantine.
