Starting with a seven-run inning, Falcons had full control of the match to see out the clash with East 23-1 and through to the grand final against Strathfieldsaye Dodgers.
Falcons' Jordan Doherty showed skill on the mound by only giving up one run in four innings, backed up by Phoebe Martin with three hits and Logan Vanderhaven with two.
The whole-team confidence boosting victory will see them head into the championship match ready to compete.
East's Nick Walker fought to the end striking out three in two innings, while Ajay Power also shined with an inspiring performance behind the plate in addition to scoring the only run.
Cameron Brain and Tom Kent both had a safe hit for East.
In the other under-17 division match Dodgers had an easy 8-3 win over Malmsbury, who will now take on East this weekend for overall third position.
In the under-14 competition Dodgers Tigers defeated Dodgers Devils 8-6 and East defeated Falcons 11-9.
Devils and East will feel confident ahead of their grand final clash this Sunday.
In the under-12 division Scots defeated East 10-1 and Dodgers defeated Falcons 7-4.
Both Scots and Dodgers head into the grand final on the back of victories.

Senior Division Round 11
Dodgers turned the tables on rivals Bendigo East on Sunday with a nail-biting 9-8 win.
Dodgers started strong scoring seven runs in the first inning by batting through their line-up.
However, they then struggled to bring home more runners even with a few open opportunities.
Big hits to Nick Whatley, Tyson Cox, Rod Baulch and Anthony Amsing highlighted the initial onslaught from Dodgers.
East pitcher Josh Brown kept the Dodgers' line-up in check for much of the next three innings before Jiwan Choi and James Bray started a comeback in the fourth and fifth innings to get back to within one run of the Dodgers.

At the top of the sixth East plated a run to tie, however, time was their enemy with Dodgers winning on a revert in a tight and anxious finish to the ball game.
In the other division one match, Falcons defeated Scots 20-2.
In division two, Falcons def East 8-4, Rangers def Tigers 17-4 and Dodgers def Scots 18-7.
In division three Dodgers def East 11-8.
