Department of Health data shows there are two new cases in hotel quarantine.
The push to increase the number of vaccinated people in Victoria continues with 15,451 vaccinations administered on Monday.
Victorians also received 22,149 test results on Monday.

The state government warned yesterday it has no immediate plans to downgrade any remaining red zones in Queensland and NSW.
The warning comes as a number of Victorians - including Bendigo couple James and Etty Lerk - returned from holidays early to begin a 14-day quarantine.
