VICTORIA'S latest locally-acquired coronavirus case is a household contact of a person connected to the Southbank complex outbreak, the health minister says.
Minister Martin Foley said there were now 12 confirmed cases connected to that outbreak in Kings Park.
There were zero new public exposure sites or close contacts from the new case, Mr Foley said.

VICTORIA has recorded four new COVID-19 cases in the 24 hours to midnight.
Three of the cases were overseas arrivals in hotel quarantine, while one case was acquired locally.
The Department of Health says the locally-acquired case was a known primary close contact who had been quarantining throughout their infectious period.

The news comes as four Sydney local government areas go into lockdown thanks to a Bondi COVID-19 cluster that continues to grow.
New South Wales recorded another 11 cases to 8pm Thursday, helping shape stay at home orders that will remain in parts of Sydney until at least Friday.
Meanwhile in Victoria, Bendigo Health is preparing to expand testing when it moves its COVID-19 operations to a new site on Monday.
The move will make way for a redevelopment of the old hospital.
Bendigo Health chair Bob Cameron said coronavirus vaccination numbers remained strong in Greater Bendigo.
"When it comes to vaccine numbers, we're still do around 800 a day," he said.
"At the start of the week, we weren't taking any more bookings until the end of the month and we've just opened a few up again."

Walk-in and drive through testing will be open seven days a week from 10am-5.30pm.
Anyone with any COVID-19 symptoms is urged to get tested.
