Bendigo Health's visitor restrictions will ease from tomorrow in line with the state government's further easing of coronavirus lockdown restrictions.
Visiting arrangements must be made with the nurse in charge of the unit with all visitors required to wear a mask and be screened on entry.
Visiting hours in the hospital will return to 2-7pm daily with patients restricted to two visitors at a time and each patient can have up to five visitors per day.

Special circumstances and variations to these conditions will still apply for some patients including those in palliative care as discussed with the nurse in charge.
For appointments, patients can be accompanied by a carer if required.
Visitors to Bendigo Health's residential care facilities will continue to be encouraged to use the visitor pods.
Flowers are welcome to be dropped off to staff in the Atrium or Specialist Palliative Care and Evaluation Unit.
Acting premier James Merlino announced on Wednesday the state would take another step forward out of restrictions on Thursday night following consecutive days of zero COVID-19 cases and these eased restrictions will be in place for two weeks.
