The Perth and Peel region is on standby for another lockdown, depending on health authorities' risk assessment of infection spread through the community.

Victoria reported one new COVID-19 case in hotel quarantine, bringing the state's active cases to 23.
The state received 12,284 test results in the 24 hours to midnight Saturday.
A total of 1280 vaccine doses were administered on Saturday.
The Perth and Peel region remains an orange zone under Victoria's travel permit system.
