Fire authorities plan to light nine planned burns across central Victoria from Monday.

Two of the burns are planned for bushland near Bendigo - a 27-hectare burn in the Bendigo Regional Park along Fowlers Road in Maiden Gully, and a separate fire over 54 hectares at One Tree Hill in the Greater Bendigo National Park.
The three biggest burns are scheduled for the Avoca and Redbank areas, south-west of Bendigo.
The full list of burns planned this week:
- Macedon - Bawden Road Block 2 - 22 hectares in the Macedon Regional Park, 3.5 kilometres north of Macedon
- Maiden Gully - Fowlers Road - 27 hectares in the Bendigo Regional Park, 2 kilometres South West of Eaglehawk
- Redcastle - Cherry Tree Track - 40 hectares in the Redcastle-Greytown State Forest, 6 kilometres North East of Redcastle
- Newstead - Bruces Track - 53 hectares in the Muckleford State Forest, 1.6 kilometres North of Newstead
- Redcastle - Paveys Road - 65 hectares in the Redcastle-Greytown State Forest, 8.4 kilometres North East of Costerfield
- Bendigo - One Tree Hill Block 8 - 54 hectares in the Greater Bendigo National Park, 5 kilometres South of Bendigo
- Avoca - Cross Track - 236 hectares in the Pyrenees Ranges State Forest, 15 kilometres west of Avoca
- Redbank - Long Gully Track - 402 hectares in the Kara Kara National Park, 1.5 kilometres south west of Redbank
- Percydale - Fraser Track- 178 hectares in the Pyrenees Ranges State Forest, 9.5km West of Avoca
Forest Fire Management Victoria district manager Adrian Parker said the burns would depend on weather conditions.

"Experienced firefighters carry out planned burning under carefully managed conditions," he said.
"We work closely with the Bureau of Meteorology to assess weather conditions, such as humidity, temperature and wind speed, and will only carry out burns when the conditions are suitable.
"We understand that smoke from planned burns may cause concern for some people, but it's important we take every opportunity while conditions are right to reduce bushfire risk."
Crews have completed 14 fuel reduction burns so far this autumn, covering 1800 hectares of bushland.
