There were 50,000 of the vouchers made available on Tuesday morning.
"It's fantastic that so many people want to explore their state and support the businesses and workers that make Victoria the best place in the country to visit," acting tourism minister Jaala Pulford said.
"We know that our famous holiday destinations will be busy over Easter these vouchers will help to ensure that demand stays high across April and May."

The vouchers can be used by people booking at least two nights of accommodation and spending $400 dollars or more in regional Victoria, or the Yarra and Dandenong Ranges or the Mornington Peninsula.
The latest batch of vouchers needs to be used by the end of May.
The scheme has been very popular since the vouchers were first made available late last year, when demand overwhelmed the state government's website.
The vouchers are designed to give the tourism sector a boost after the coronavirus downturn of 2020.
