The state reported zero new COVID-19 cases acquired overseas, or in the community. A total of three cases of the virus are active in Victoria.
It comes as the federal government prepares to announce half-price return flights to more than a dozen regional tourism destinations, in a bid to save the ailing sector.
Other news:
The Morrison government will on Thursday unveil a $1.2 billion tourism and aviation package, designed to ease the pain of the end of JobKeeper wage subsidies this month.
An estimated 800,000 government-subsidised tickets will be offered between April 1 and July 31, with a 50 per cent discount on return flights to eligible locations.
These include the Gold Coast, Cairns, the Whitsundays and Mackay region, and the Sunshine Coast.
Northern Territory, Tasmanian and Western Australian locations are also included.
A total 20,039 COVID-19 test results were reported to the Victorian department of health in the 24 hours to midnight.
