The 21-year-old received the polka dot jersey and was crowned McCain King of the Mountain for his top hill climbing during the U-23 Men's Road Race at the 2021 RoadNats.
Sens excelled in the hill sprints and finished with 29 points, 14 points clear of second-placed Robert Parker.
He finished the overall race in 13th position, +1:26 behind the winner Thomas Benton.
The Zappi Racing Team rider also received the Altus Traffic Most Aggressive Rider for his impressive climbs in the U-23 Men's Road Race.
Bendigo's Michael Taylor scored another silver medal on Saturday for his second place finish in the Paracycling Men's H3 race.
Taylor finished +13:30 behind race winner Alex Welsh.
Another notable finish was Kyneton-raised Lauretta Hanson who secured bronze in the Elite and Under-23 Women's Road Race on Sunday.
Hanson finished +1.18 behind racer winner Sarah Roy and also came in second in the hill climb points.
In the Men's Elite Road Race Western Australian Cameron Meyer secured back-to-back victories taking out the gold medal on Sunday afternoon.
Meyer said it was incredible to hold the green-and-gold jersey another year in what was one of the "strangest" nationals he had raced.
He pushed through a bunch sprint to take a heart-stopping win in Buninyong and defend his elite men's road race title.
Describing it as "pulling off a miracle", Meyer and teammate Luke Durbridge made it to the breakaway late in the race, which culminated in an eight-man duel in the final kilometres.
Dodging a crash coming out of Federation University with just a handful of kilometres to go, the breakaway thundered towards the finish line for an utterly unpredictable finish.
Meyer came through the centre between second-placed Kelland O'Brien from InForm TMX Make and third-placed Scott Bowden right on the line, finishing with a time of 4:39:12.
