Sunday was the 37th consecutive "doughnut day" in the state.
It comes as two international travellers failing to quarantine before a domestic flight has sparked quarantine calls.
Anyone who travelled on a Virgin Airways flight VA 838 from Sydney to Melbourne, departing at noon, has been urged to quarantine at home and contact the Department of Health and Human Services.
Two international travellers are now in mandatory quarantine in Victoria, after arriving in Sydney on Saturday taking the flight to Melbourne without quarantining in NSW.

Anyone who was in the Melbourne Airport domestic terminal 3 on Saturday afternoon has been advised to monitor for COVID-19 symptoms and seek testing if they develop.
Separately, one positive test result was reported on Saturday for a previously known Victorian COVID-19 cases, who is not showing symptoms.
An expert panel has reviewed the case and agreed the result was consistent with virus shedding, and not infectious.
Premier Daniel Andrews has said he will announce a further easting of restrictions on Sunday.
