McKenzie Quarters owner Rhianwen Seiter was elected to a two-year term while Bendigo Stadium's Kate Lawrence and Discovery Centre's Alissa Van Soest each joined the board on a one-year term.
Returning board members The Dispensary's Finn Vedelsby and Bendigo Heritage Attractions CEO James Reade will both serve another two years.

Sally Gerbert, Julius Porlai Jr and Charlie Loftus have all retired from the board.
Board positions will be decided in the coming weeks.
