Expressions of interest are now open to artists who have ideas to brighten up the hub's window space.
Emporium Creative Hub manager David Hughes said being situated on the cusp of the arts precinct menas the hub is in a ideal situation to act as a welcome to the View Street area.
"The intent has always been to do something with that that window," he said. "There is a big decal on it now, which we put up while the works going on.

"The plan, when we opened, was to have something cool happen there. Then COVID happened and we spent time getting other programs up and running.
"But we are also about promoting local creative industries and we want to create something interesting and engaging that showcases local talents in some way."
Mr Hughes said the hub was very flexible on ideas whether it be a new decal or something inside the window space.
"Collaborative efforts would be really well regarded as would things that are interactive and male people stop and get involved in some way,' he said.
"We are hoping to decide by January with the idea that ,if restrictions continue to ease, we can start getting people in to the hub to see what's in there."
During the coronavirus pandemic, the Emporium Creative Hub spearheaded creative business incubator and mentorship programs.
"The incubator program has 15 participants on that and the feedback we are getting is really good," he said.
"The mentoring program has just partnered up the mentors and mentees."
