THERE are no new COVID-19 cases in central Victoria.
Data released from the Department of Health and Human Services on Wednesday showed three active cases in the region.
There were two active cases listed in Greater Bendigo and one case in the Macedon Ranges.

There were no active cases in the Mount Alexander, Central Goldfields, Gannawarra, Buloke, Campaspe, and Loddon shires.
There were only 82 active coronavirus cases listed in regional Victoria on Wednesday.
A DHHS spokesperson said the rolling daily average case number for regional Victoria was 5.0.
A two-week average of less than five new cases daily is one of the metrics regional Victoria must meet before it can take the 'third step' in the plan to move out of COVID-19 restrictions.
The other is zero new cases with an unknown source over 14 days.

Victoria has recorded 76 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours.
There are 21 more cases on Wednesday, compared to the 55 cases recorded on Tuesday.
A further 11 deaths were announced by the Department of Health and Human Services on Wednesday morning.

Greater Bendigo's active case number has dropped from four cases to two in the past 24 hours.
After having two active cases for the past seven days, the Campaspe Shire now has no active cases.
It joins Mount Alexander, Gannawarra, Central Goldfields, Loddon and Buloke shires as the central Victorian local government areas with no active cases.
Macedon Ranges Shire remains at one active case.
Regional Victoria's 14-day average for new cases is now at 4.9 a day.
The other criteria that must be met - no mystery cases in the regions for 14 days - is a figure that has not been released by the government.
