Greater Bendigo's active case number has dropped from four cases to two in the past 24 hours.
After having two active cases for the past seven days, the Campaspe Shire now has no active cases.
It joins Mount Alexander, Gannawarra, Central Goldfields, Loddon and Buloke shires as the central Victorian local government areas with no active cases.
Macedon Ranges Shire remains at one active case.
In his press briefing on Tuesday morning, Premier Daniel Andrews said there were 82 active cases in regional Victoria. Across the state there are 1696 active cases.
Mr Andrews also confirmed there were no new coronavirus cases in regional Victoria since Monday.

The promising news came as regional Victoria's 14-day average fell below five - the first key benchmark in advancing to the "third step" of the government's roadmap out of restriction.
Regional Victoria's 14-day average for new cases is now at 4.9 a day.
The other criteria that must be met - no mystery cases in the regions for 14 days - is a figure that has not been released by the government.
In total, Victoria saw 55 new cases in the past 24 hours.
Mr Andrews said the downward trend of regional Victorian COVID-19 cases was pleasing.
"Those numbers are falling steadily," he said.
"It is important to keep coming forward and getting tested and it is important to stay the course.
"I think we will be able to take significant steps very soon. We will (do that) based on data and science."
