Lwe K'paw pleaded guilty in the Bendigo Magistrates' Court on Monday, after he was found drink-driving in February.
K'paw was pulled over shortly after midnight on February 29 and breath tested, which indicated he was over the limit.
A further test returned a result of 0.191.

K'paw admitted to drinking wine, and his vehicle was impounded.
Defence lawyer Callum Rose told the court K'paw was driving to take his nephew to hospital, as there were concerns about the cost of an ambulance.
Mr Rose said K'paw and his brother-in-law supported a family of 10 people, and almost all K'paw's income went to the family.
He asked the court to consider a relatively small financial penalty.

Magistrate Patrick Southey said he took into account K'paw's guilty plea and the fact this was his first drink-driving offence.
"You also have a lot of family responsibilities," Mr Southey said.
"But it was a very high blood alcohol reading, you could have killed someone."
K'paw was convicted and fined $600, plus costs.
His licence was also cancelled and he was disqualified from driving for 19 months, from the date of the offence.
