These are among 10 new cases reported in central Victoria on Wednesday.
Six new cases have been reported in the Macedon Ranges Shire.
It comes as a cluster at Saint Joseph's Primary School in Quarry Hill is investigated by the Department of Health and Human Services.
DHHS has declined to confirm case numbers, saying more information would be available in the coming days.
At least five cases have been linked to the school.

Victoria reported a record 725 new cases on Wednesday, its highest number yet. Fifteen more people had died since Tuesday.
Central Victoria has 73 active cases all up.
Bendigo's total number of active cases now sits at 29, after a case recovered on Tuesday.
The Macedon Ranges now has 36 active COVID-19 cases.
Case numbers in Mount Alexander, Loddon and Campaspe all remained stable, with four, three and one active case respectively.
Central Goldfields and Gannawarra both have zero active cases.
Buloke Shire remains yet to report any COVID-19 cases.
