A string of COVID-19 cases have affected workers at Bendigo businesses, including St Joseph's Primary School, a Bendigo Marketplace store and Costerfield mine.
The Thales spokesperson said the business had taken steps including deep cleaning to mitigate risk to the workforce.
"No Thales employee has tested positive to COVID-19 at Bendigo," they said.
Thales had implemented a COVID-19 management plan to keep employees safe since March, the spokesperson said.
This included enhanced hygiene measures across all sites, temperature testing, staggerred shifts and breaks, closed canteens, expanded break rooms, they said.
Increased use of PPE, hand washing, increased cleaning, deep cleaning and a contractor management system were among other measures.
