Data from the Department of Health and Human Services released on Monday showed eight active cases in Greater Bendigo, an increase from six on Sunday.
Two new cases have also been reported in the Macedon Ranges, bringing the shire's number of total active cases to 10.
There are still two active cases in the Loddon Shire and one active case in Mount Alexander. Those numbers are unchanged from the weekend.

There are no active cases in the Central Goldfields, Campaspe, Gannawarra, and Buloke Shires.
The latest breakdown came as Victoria recorded its highest daily number of COVID-19 cases, with 532 new cases reported on Monday.
Another six people have also died from coronavirus - three women aged in their 70s, 80s, and 90s, and another three men aged in their 50s, 70s, and 80s.
Forty-four Victorians are being treated in intensive care for COVID-19.
Don KR Castlemaine on Monday also confirmed another worker tested positive to COVID-19.
There are now six active coronavirus cases at the Castlemaine production facility. The site's first COVID-19 case was confirmed on Thursday.
Case numbers are subject to change, as DHHS contact tracers follow up cases and analyse data.
The department said the residential location was the residential address provided when the case was notified.
It was not where they were infected and may not be where the case currently resides.
