Golden Square led by 21 points at quarter-time, before kicking into gear after the first change.
The Bulldogs extended their lead to 78 points at half-time and 134 at three quarter-time, before the final margin of 188.
The star for the Bulldogs was full-forward Grant Weeks, who took his season tally to 93 as he feasted on the midfield dominance led by Simon Rosa, Luke Hammond and Nathan Bell.
"Weeksy kicks 18 and you obviously think those blokes who played on him (Jayden Dole and David Romer) have had a bad day. But when the ball went to a genuine contest it was probably 50-50," Kyneton coach Derrick Filo said.
"It's just when it was lace out that it was so hard to stop."
However, as well as Weeks' 18 goals, the Bulldogs also had 11 other players kick goals in their tally of 38.
Among them was Matt O'Toole, playing his 300th career senior match, who kicked three, took 12 marks and had 26 possessions.
"The boys really got going in the second quarter. They found some spark and everything came off for us," Golden Square coach Nick Carter said.
"To Kyneton's credit, they attacked and scored at times, but I was really pleased with the way we went about it today.
"We had a lot of guys who played well and it's a good way for us to now go into the bye."
Key forward Jack Redpath kicked three of Kyneton's eight goals.
Bendigo Bombers-listed Shane Page was Kyneton's best player.

SANDHURST v MARYBOROUGH
Sandhurst kept its finals hopes flickering with a crushing 59-point win over a strangely sluggish Maryborough.
With key Dragon forwards Jake Ward and Matt Thornton hauling in 22 marks between them, the Magpies were never able to close down the home side's attack.
But the Dragons did go on an 11-behind scoring spree, with Ward the only player to register a major from midway through the third quarter to halfway through the last.
Then Ward, Liam McCarthy and Thornton drove through three goals to round out a resounding 13.19 (97) to 6.2 (38) victory.
Jon Coghlan, winger Michael Hill and skipper Michael Cornish provided a ton of midfield drive for the Dragons.
Former coach Kieran Nihill, Tom McCarthy and Tom Hartney were in supreme command in the Dragon back half.
Opportunist Dylan Clarkson (four goals) was the only Maryborough forward able to create some space for himself.
Luke Bucknall, Matt Johnston and Tyson MacIlwain battled hard for the Pies.

STRATHFIELDSAYE v KANGAROO FLAT
Strathfieldsaye young guns Sam Heavyside and Ben Lester played key roles in Storm's hard-fought victory against Kangaroo Flat.
Heavyside racked up 26 possessions in a best afield performance, while Lester marked his senior debut by winning more than 20 disposals in the 17.11 (113) to 12.11 (83) victory.
Storm coach Darryl Wilson said a highlight was the willingess of both to "hunt the ball" and compete in the club's 50th match.
Heavyside set up numerous Storm attacks from centre ball-ups where he linked with the classy Jake Hall, Shannon Geary and ruckman Michael Pilcher.
Playing across half-back, Lester halted many of the Roos' attacking forays.
The talented teenager is eligible to play at under-161/2 level.
Wilson said Saturday's match showed the club had a bright future.
"So far this season we have played seven from our under-18s team in seniors and we have had at least six from last season's under-18 team play at least one senior game," Wilson said.
Storm's teenagers to shine in the clash included Lachlan Bonney, Leighton Driscoll, Caillum Brady and Jake Robertson.
The Roos' midfield led by White, Aaron and Ben Walklate and Simon Davies won a lot more contests as the game went on.
In defence, Tim Brooks had a great duel with Kris Lea (five goals), while Josh Keogh was one of many of Flat's youngsters to show plenty of dare and skill.

GISBORNE v EAGLEHAWK
Eaglehawk took a significant step towards wrapping up a top-three finish with a 17-point win over Gisborne at Gardiner Reserve.
The sides entered the clash sitting second and third with 9-4 records, but it was the Hawks who prevailed 14.17 (101) to 11.18 (84) as they beat Gisborne for the fifth-straight time.
"To go down there and have a win is always a great result, particularly when Gisborne was sitting second on the ladder," Eaglehawk coach Luke Monaghan said.
The Hawks took control of the match from midway through the second quarter after Gisborne wasted opportunities inside 50 to break the game open.
Josh Bowe, Shane Davis, Julian Lockwood, centre half-forward Travis Matheson (eight contested marks) and defenders Jeremy Brown and Glen Daly, in his
first senior game of the season, were the standouts for the Hawks.
The best for the Bulldogs were all midfielders in Stewart Hamilton, the terrier-like Scott Walsh and workhorse captain Ollie Messaoudi.
"We just didn't make the most of our chances in the second quarter and they then overran us," said Gisborne coach Luke Saunders, who didn't play.
