Emergency services were called to the junction of Heathcote - Rochester Road and Hicks Lane in Ladys Pass shortly before 3pm on Sunday.
Paramedics treated a woman in her 50s for facial abrasions, chest soreness and shock.
A man in his 60s was also treated at the scene, though an Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said there were no obvious injuries.
The vehicles involved in the crash are believed to have contained a total of six people.
Police urged motorists to take care and slow down earlier on Sunday, following an unrelated crash near Goornong and three speeding offences detected in 13 minutes in Golden Square during road policing duties at the weekend.
