A MAN in his 60s has been taken to hospital by road ambulance after a crash in Elmore this morning.
Paramedics were called to reports of a car gone through a fence on Railway Place just before midday on Monday.
Police say the driver veered to the right while travelling north on Railway Place, possibly because of a medical condition.
The car went through the front fence of a residence, through its side fence, then into another yard where it hit a parked car.

The driver was taken to hospital in a stable condition after being trapped for a short while.
Both cars were extensively damaged and will be written off.
Resident Darryl Brooker said the car had gone through the front fence of one yard, then its the side fence into his yard.
Mr Brooker said the vehicle wrote off a car sitting in his driveway when it came into the yard.
The crash caused minor damage to his veranda.
Mr Brooker said he was having a cup of tea at the back end of the house, when he heard an "almighty sound", like a thunderclap.
He didn't realise what was going on until he went to check his mail, and saw the car in his front yard.
More to come.
