Golden Square took control of the game from the get go leading at the first break over North Bendigo 3.5 (23) to 0.0.
It was the same story at halftime with Golden Square adding another two goals to lead 5.5 (35) to a scoreless North Bendigo 0.0.
In the third quarter North Bendigo was able to muster up one goal, but it was a little too late with Golden Square kicking another two to see the scores at 7.8 (50) to 1.0 (6) going into the last term.
In the fourth quarter North Bendigo kicked one more goal in comparison to Golden Square's four, with the final scores at 11.9 (75) to 2.0 (12).
Top scorers for Golden Square were Jessica Cox (three), Erin-Rose Kvalheim (two), Amanda Carrod (two) and Madison West (two).
Best on ground went to Jane Mackinlay, Sarah Ingram and Carly McRae.
Top scorers for North Bendigo were Kerryn Seboa and Alisha Lourie with one each.

In other games, second on the ladder Kangaroo Flat demolished visitors Kyneton by 70 points at Dower Park.
Kangaroo Flat led 2.2 (14) to 2.0 (12) at the first break, and from the moment the second quarter started, it was the Roos' game.
Kyneton went scoreless for the remainder of the match with the scores in Kangaroo Flat's favour 12.10 (82) over 2.0 (12) on the final siren.
Top scorers for Kangaroo Flat were Kelly Mensforth (seven), Lily Camplbell (two), Donna Symes, Sarah Moerke and Millicent Wicks with one goal each.

On the final siren hosts Strathfieldsaye had an 11-goal lead with the scores at 13.8 (86) to 2.0 (12) to seal the victory.
