The Country Care Group, director Robert Hogan and a former employee, Cameron Harrison, were committed to stand trial in a committal hearing in the Melbourne Magistrates' Court this month.
The charges relate to alleged cartel conduct involving assistive technology products used in rehabilitation and aged care.
The company is defending the allegations.

The charges were laid against the Mildura-based company and the two men in February last year.
It is the first prosecution of both an Australian corporation and individuals in Australia under the criminal cartel provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act.
The Country Care Group has a store in Bridge Street in Bendigo and on the Northern Highway in Echuca.
