Woman sexually assaulted in Echuca, police investigate
Sexual Crimes Squad detectives are investigating after a woman was sexually assaulted in Echuca on Sunday morning.
The woman was sexually assaulted near Goulburn Road at about 3.15am.
The assault took place the same weekend as waterski race the Southern 80 was run in Echuca.
An investigation has been launched, and detectives are appealing for anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
