Police have called for information after a pony was shot and killed in Birchip.

It is one of a number of crimes the public could help police solve in the region.
An unknown person entered the Opie Road property between 12pm and 7pm on Wednesday, 7 November and killed the pony.
Other incidents include a burglary at a sporting complex.
Offenders smashed a window at the the complex on Kerang Quambatook Road, Wandella and stole fuel and a torch at about 1pm last Saturday.
In Kerang, a victim dropped her debit card in a shop in Victoria Street, Kerang, which an offender picked up and used at other businesses.
In Swan Hill, a Yamaha motorcycle was stolen from the backyard of a home in Stradbroke Avenue. The offence took place between 1am and 8.30am on Sunday 11 October 11.
Also in Swan Hill, an unknown offender caused damage to a trailer parked in Bryan Street. The incident took place between 5pm November 9 and 7pm Sunday 11 November
