Walk in the Park
Raise money for research into Parkinson's disease with this “walk in the park”.
With 30 Australian's being diagnosed with Parkinson's every day, there's no better reason to fundraise.
The event starts at 11am, with registrations being taken from 10.30am.
To participate, you only need to pay a gold coin donation and at the end of the walk there will be a sausage sizzle for $2.

Red Ribbon Re-enactment
The re‐enactment of Bendigo’s Red Ribbon Rebellion of 1853 commemorates a turning point in Bendigo’s colourful gold rush history that contributed towards making Bendigo the city that it is today.
It is an annual event arranged by the Bendigo Historical Society.
Anyone interested in being part of this event is encouraged to join in with other community members and school children.
A free sausage sizzle will be held at the end of the re‐enactment event for all participants.

Edible Gardens
The Kyneton Community Vegetable Garden at the secondary college is celebrating 5 years of growing veggies for the community.
There will be demonstrations of how to make wicking beds, compost tea and more.
Attendees can learn how to improve soil, make worm farms, biochar, irrigation and lots more.

Carisbrook Market
Head to Carisbrook this weekend and enjoy the town hall market.
There will be stalls of home baked cakes, plants, local produce and craft. There will also be a sausage sizzle and refreshments.
The market also includes an opportunity to speak to a local historian about Carisbrook.
Money from the market will go towards Carisbrook Historical Society.

Aussie Helpers
Spend your weekend with Millie and Ottis the dog, raising money for the farmers in need.
This sale will include men’s and women’s clothing, homewares, video games, DVD’s, vinyl records, vintage and collectables, kids toys and over $2000 worth of lucky dip vouchers.

Walk Up
Peter Sheahan's Walk Up afternoon of fun and entertainment is on again this Sunday.
All door proceeds from this fundraising event will go to Radio KLFM.
Enjoy all kind of music including Garry Smith, Ken Bice, Rod Briant, Bendigo Bill, Floreena Forbes and many more.
Entry $10 per person and afternoon tea supplied. There will also be lucky people prizes.

Flutes and Choir
The St Paul's Proms Series comes to an end this Sunday with more beautiful music.
Enjoy some of Bendigo’s best talent with three performances, Jenny Gogolin and Peter Butler, Bendigo Chorale and Wil Rigby.
