UPDATE: Entries have closed for our 2016 Christmas tree competition. We received over 100 photos of central Victorian Christmas trees and we've narrowed it down to the top 20. Now it's your turn to decide which one is the best! Take a look at the finalists in the gallery and vote for your favourite.
Voting closes at noon on Thursday, December 22 with the winner being announced shortly after.
It’s that time of year again – Christmas! Do you look forward to setting up your Christmas tree each year? Do you have a traditional tree or something a little different? Regardless of how creative your tree is we want to see your photos!

Entries close at noon on Friday, December 16. Voting to decide Bendigo’s best tree will then open on Monday, December 19 and will close at noon on Thursday, December 22, with the winner being announced shortly after.
Where you can donate this Christmas
Gift donations can be taken to the Salvos’ Mundy Street office. Gifts left under the Kmart Wishing Tree are also passed on to the Salvation Army and Mission Australia.
Donations can also be dropped under the tree at the Bendigo Advertiser office in Williamson Street. Donations will be distributed by St Vincent de Paul.
