Staff at the Bendigo Advertiser have noticed two cheeky-faced elves appearing around the office this week.
After asking for your help to name these ‘Elf on the Shelf’ characters, we have decided on Benny and Addy, as suggested by Susan McGregor, Michelle Buckley and Melinda Pearce.
We want you to follow Benny and Addy's adventures this December and help us identify where they have visited.
Each day we will post a photo on Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat of Benny and Addy in an unknown location in Bendigo. Your job is to tell us where you think they are. Photos will also be posted in the windows of the Bendigo Advertiser building, 67-71 Williamson Street, Bendigo.
There is no prize for being the first to identify the mystery spot, it’s just a bit of fun to get you thinking.
Where you can donate this Christmas
Gift donations can be taken to the Salvos’ Mundy Street office. Gifts left under the Kmart Wishing Tree are also passed on to the Salvation Army and Mission Australia.
Donations can also be dropped under the tree at the Bendigo Advertiser office in Williamson Street. Donations will be distributed by St Vincent de Paul.
