But it may be comedy that has the most cut through with the Australian public.
Yorta Yorta rapper Adam Briggs has weighed in for the Yes campaign with a new viral video.
The video co-stars comedy duo Zerbst and Owen, formerly of The Feed, asking painfully awkward questions of the rapper about the voice to parliament.
It mocks the apparent contradictions in the no campaign's argument that a Voice to Parliament would not help indigenous Australians, while also giving them too much power.
The video, called Far Enough has over one million views across Brigg's social media platforms and has been shared by international celebrities including Taika Waititi and Jason Momoa.
It poses a simple question for people who feel they don't understand the Referendum question - "Have you googled it?"
