WHILE it may be out of the running of reaching the Twenty20 grand final, Sandhurst is determined to make sure it doesn't waste the opportunity on Wednesday night to build some momentum heading into this weekend.

The Dragons made a disappointing re-start of the Bendigo District Cricket Association season last Saturday when they were bundled out for just 103 by Golden Square and lost by seven wickets at Weeroona Oval.
Having been soundly beaten by the Bulldogs, the Dragons are welcoming the chance to get back out on the park and regain some spark - albeit in the Twenty20 format - that they can carry into Saturday's match against Strathfieldsaye.
The Dragons will play Bendigo at the QEO from 6pm for the Slattery Cup in what's now the only Twenty20 game being played on Australia Day.
Strathdale-Maristians v Huntly-North Epsom had also been fixtured for the QEO on Australia Day from 2.30pm, but has now been moved to 6pm on Thursday, still at the QEO.
"We really want to get back to our winning ways coming off the weekend," Sandhurst coach Dylan Gibson said on Tuesday.

"We'll put our best foot forward and best team on the park to be able to get a win... every time we go out on the park we need to work out ways to be able to win consistently and the Twenty20 this week gives us that extra opportunity so we're not just dwelling for seven days on a poor performance from the weekend."
The Dragons are 0-2 in the Twenty20 competition so far having lost both their games against Bendigo United and Strathdale-Maristians.
Former Sandhurst player Darby Semmens will be the Dragons' marquee player for the game.
"Darby is a good fella to have around the group; he's good in the field and adds a bit with both bat and ball as well," Gibson said.
Bendigo enters the clash right in the hunt for a T20 grand final berth having won both its matches so far against Huntly-North Epsom and Bendigo United.
"We've had some players come up from the seconds who have exceeded expectations for us so far in the T20," Bendigo captain Kyle Humphrys said.
"Andrew Rosos is our leading run-scorer and got us over the line against Huntly-North and Jack Tobin is another who has come up and played a role for us.
"Overall, it has been a good team effort.. everyone has been playing their role and we're all really clear on what we need to do."
The BDCA's Twenty20 competition resumes tonight with Eaglehawk playing Kangaroo Flat at Canterbury Park at 6pm.
