The campaign has been set up by a close family friend to cover and will be used to support the family and celebrate Bella's life.
On the campaign page, loved ones described Bella as a beautiful girl who was taken far too soon.
"Bella was so excited to start her life at uni in Geelong and was soon to be a wonderful nurse just like her big sister," it said.
Originally set up to raise $5000, in just 16 hours the campaign had raised more than $8000.
"Bella was so loved by all of her friends and family. She had the most contagious laugh and an unforgettable smile."
