ROAD repairs on the Calder Freeway southbound between the Woodend interchange and Romsey Road will recommence from Friday following wet weather damage in 2021.

Southbound traffic on the freeway will remain reduced to one lane in the area with the speed limit reduced to 40km/h.

Motorists are urged to allow an extra 5-10 minutes' travel time.
Works are expected to take approximately three weeks to complete, weather permitting.
