On Sunday golfers will tee up in an annual charity day to support motor neurone disease research.
Since its inception four years ago - event organiser Julie Beard and close friend Mick Taylor have helped raise nearly $160,000.
"Numbers are suffering because of the late notice, so if you can still get a partner together for Sunday it would be greatly appreciated," Taylor said.
"A donation of $100 covers golf, egg and bacon roll before hit off, five complimentary drinks and a meal afterwards.
"If you can't make it, please consider a donation as it is a great cause and we are determined to find a cure."
There are still several spots still available in the field.
The day starts at 11.30AM this Sunday at Bendigo GC, with a shotgun tee-off at 12.30pm.
If you can make it, please let Mick Taylor know via email to mick.taylor@lakesidefinancial.com.au or SMS to 0411 423 166.
