There are 13,813 active cases of COVID-19 across the state as it celebrates its first day of eased restrictions for those fully vaccinated.
The state's population aged 12 years and over is now 88 per cent fully vaccinated, with 5842 doses administered at state-run clinics yesterday.
There are 330 COVID-19 patients in hospital, with 57 active in ICU, 58 cleared in ICU and 30 ventilated.
The seven day average is 371.
Yesterday, 73,020 tests were conducted which was up on the previous day's total of 72,270.
There have been a total of 4,798,141 vaccines administered across Victoria in state-run clinics.
