Despite the cool and windy conditions, Agnoletto's race smarts and speed were to the fore.
On Remembrance Day it was Agnoletto who put in some memorable rides and showed he will be a force to be reckoned with at the Barnard Street track or any cycling venue across the country.
His 2021-22 campaign started with an emphatic victory in the 15-lap scratch race.
Agnoletto powered to victory ahead of Angus Gill, Harrison Morley and Kade Killeen.
Racing from scratch in the Bicycle Centre Wheelrace (2000m), Agnoletto was up with the main field at two laps to go and then surged clear of rivals to win the night's feature event.
After moving up from junior to senior class, Angus Gill showed he has plenty of skill as he raced to second place ahead of Jade Maddern and Jazzie Eddy.
The long-running Crystal Classic Wheelrace for women is again being sponsored by DCK Real Estate.
Victory in the 1000m duel went to Lilyth Jones from Milana Freer, Leshae Maddern and Jazzie Eddy.
A great night for Eddy included winning both of the B-grade 10-lap scratch races.
Just days after being awarded life membership of Bendigo Harriers Athletics Club, Victor Cook showed his cycling skill by winning an eight-lap scratch for C-grade.
Cook's hot form was noted by the handicapper and he was promoted to the second of the B-grade 10-lap scratch races where he was fourth behind Jazzie Eddy, Tim Penno and Matt Brain.
Finale to the seniors track program was the A-grade 20-lap scratch race in which Angus Gill reigned supreme from Jade Maddern, Harrison Morley and Kade Killeen.
Track racing is back at the Tom Flood Sports Centre from 6pm this Thursday.
It's free entry for spectators.
