VFF returning officer Jane Lovell said nominees from across Victoria were sought for the organisation.
"We are looking forward to a reinvigorated Chicken Meat Policy Council supported by the new and strengthened team at the VFF," she said.
"Our mission is clear, we are here to advocate for farmers across Victoria, commodities and business structures. Protecting and progressing farmers' interests is critical not just to farmers, but for our broader community.
"In addition to a reinvigorated Council, we are calling for nominations for the pivotal positions of president and vice president of the Chicken Meat Group."
