The 14-year-old was last seen riding his BMX bike in Eaglehawk on October 19.
The teenager is known to frequent the Bendigo and Eaglehawk areas.
Anyone who sees Tavian or has information about his whereabouts should contact the Bendigo Police Station on 5448 1300.
