The squads comprise a solid mix of top-age and bottom-players and players with previous Pioneers experience, drawn from than 40 clubs from across the club's catchment area.
Training for the girls will kick-off on November 14, with their season scheduled to start in late January next year.
The boys will start pre-season on November 28, with their season to launch in late March.
The release of the boys squad comes a month after the 2021 team's stop-start season ended in frustrating circumstances due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
The Pioneers, under coach Danny O'Bree, were on-track to complete what would have been the club's most successful season since 2003 when the club qualified for the finals with a 9-9 record.
They finished the season with a 6-5 record, highlighted by a stirring three-game win streak to start the season.
The girls, also coached by O'Bree, finished their season at 1-7, using a total of 35 players
The Pioneers will this season operate training bases in Mildura, Swan Hill and Echuca.
