Wayne O'Toole has been appointed to the role having served as the director of works and technical services since September 2018.
He began his time at Buloke in 2017 as statutory services manager with a background in the private sector in project management.
During his tenure, Mr O'Toole has been involved in flood recovery works and the Working for Victoria Program, as well as focusing on Buloke's road network and increasing customer satisfaction.
Before moving to the Buloke area, Mr O'Toole spent seven years at Mount Alexander Shire in a number of roles including manager of development services and manager of healthy environments.
