The temporary clinic was set up following exposures sites being listed in the Macedon Ranges Shire.
COVID-19 cases have also been listed in the Macedon Ranges and Mount Alexander Shire this week.

The testing site at the Kyneton Showgrounds in Mollison Street will operate from 11am to 6pm on Wednesday, and 8.30am to 5.30pm on Thursday and Friday.
No appointments are required. Anyone who has COVID-19 symptoms or has visited a listed exposure site should get tested.
In Bendigo, testers are preparing for a third day of high demand for testing following a number of Bendigo retailers being listed as tier two exposure sites.
The drive-through testing at Bendigo Showgrounds will open at 8.30am and operate until 6pm.
Walk-in testing at McLaren Street in the CBD will be open to healthcare workers and pre-operation patients only from 8.30am to 10am. People must bring their work ID or pre-operation letter.
The clinic will open to the general public for walk-in testing from 10am to 6pm.
People must get tested if they show symptoms or have visited an exposure site during the specified times listed on the Department of Health website.
Bendigo Health advises people to bring their own food and water in case there is a long wait time for testing.
To save time during testing, people can register their details through COVID Test Tracker - an online State Government service.
The form gives people a unique registration number, which can be used for multiple tests during a 90-day period.
